1. Kansas City Public Library
The fascinating architecture in Kansas City isn’t actually the public library building but the giant facade of the parking garage that services the Central Branch of the Kansas City Public Library. The garage wall is designed to look like a large row of books, with each book spine measuring 25 feet high and almost nine feet wide.
