10. Crystal Caverns – Mexico
Located about 1,000 ft. beneath the Naica silver mine is a giant chamber filled with wonders of geology. In Cave of Crystals you will find giant solid crystal formations that are up to 36 ft. in length. You’ll also see the largest gypsums on Earth. The cave is heated by nearby magma deposits, up to 112 degrees, and was first discovered in 2000.
