Nothiní says loviní like the disembodied and bleeding head of your love interest floating in the air. Salome was in love with John the Baptist. And so she asked her stepfather, Herod, for his head. Makes perfect sense, right? You may ask yourself what Moreau was smoking at the time. And according to his critics, the answer is lots and lots of opium.
