This one costs $2.99 for Droid devices, but that relatively big chunk of change gets you what Google Play called one of the best apps for 2013 and Lifehacker called the best camera app for Android. Here, you can try a variety of filters and then edit them like crazy. It also allows you to have fun, like the “burst” feature where you can take up to 50 shots while pushing the button only once. It also includes a timer and makes it easy to scale photos to add extra objects or people into your shots.
