15. Habitat 67: Canada
Those with a penchant for post-modernism can do no better than to live in one of the peak suites of the Habitat 67, a Montreal invention that defies categorization. Created by an architect as a vision of the future, Habitat 67 offers dwellings that soar up into the sky (at least as well as a cube can soar). It proved to be such as successful futuristic design that it made it into a Star Trek episode.
