15. Wallace Monument
If you went to Stirling Castle, you would be remiss to skip a visit to Wallace Monument. A tribute to William Wallace, who fought to keep Scotland free of English influence, the monument sits atop Abbey Craig. The monument itself is quite a striking construction, but also provides an excellent view of a vast, green valley below.
