2. Justin Bieber hangs with “Uncle Will”
The most “liked” Instagram photo of 2013 went to Justin Bieber who posted a selfie with Will Smith. The two are chilling in what appears to be California. Will is throwing up the peace sign and Justin seems bedazzled just being by the A-list star. Captioned succinctly, “Uncle Will.” I sort of wish my ‘uncle’ was Will Smith.
